Baked Zucchini Chips – Delicious and Easy to Make!

Visit any Farmer’s Market (or your own garden) this time of year, and you will see an abundance of zucchini.
Try this delicious, easy zucchini chip recipe for a simple summer side dish.
We definitely recommend making more than you are anticipating that you need because they are just so tasty! And, they do shrink a little when baked.

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2Place zucchini in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil over zucchini and stir to coat; add bread crumbs and toss to coat. Spread coated zucchini onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano over coated zucchini.
3Bake in the preheated oven until zucchini are tender and cheese is browned, about 15 minutes.
