I’m not talking about watching or listening to something funny (although those help a great deal), I’m talking about generating yourself to laugh in an instant. I guarantee you’ll feel energized and in a good mood. Do this before a big meeting, important event or potential confrontation and watch how the outcome shifts to your liking. You can do this in the car, the shower, or any other private place to keep others from worrying that you’ve lost it. Usually, onlookers will start laughing as well because it’s contagious.
